Looking for a café to spend time with your friends or family while having a lip-smacking meal with big servings? Gabby’s Bistro is the best place for simple occasions.

Located at L. Rovira Road, Bantayan, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental 6200. If your driver or the people you ask around is not familiar with “Gabby’s Bistro,” just mention Florentina Homes at Cimafranca Subdivision.

The bistro is known for its Filipino and American breakfast platters. They also serve other meals if you wish to eat light snacks. Here’s some food on their menu that we’ve tried.

The bistro gives you a homey and cozy feeling. Each room has a different gimmick, there’s the one where you’ll find a large frame with spoon collections that came from the different parts of the world.

 

Spoon Collection

You’ll find several paintings of famous personalities like of Princess Diana, Elvis Presley and Oprah in cartoon form at the lavatory.

How to Get There

From Manila, you can fly to Dumaguete (estimated cost of Php4,000++, round trip, one hour and 15 minutes).

From Dumaguete domestic airport, you can take a pedicab or arrange for a hotel transter. From Dumaguete City proper or the port you can ride a tricycle (minimum of Php8.00 per head).
