Amazing Philippines Through the Eyes of Belgian Photographer

Choose Philippines
Choose Philippines | Mar 11, 2016

In the past weeks, we've featured a lot of foreign travelers and filmmakers who have fallen in love with the Philippines and can't help but try to capture its beauty through their cameras. It is ironic that Filipinos would choose "greener pastures" when given the opportunity while everyone else living abroad would choose the Philippines. A British-Italian chef boasts of being able to cook the Ilocano empanada like a pro, an Italian filmmaker felt like he's home while touring the country's many islands, and a Californian traveler was amazed at the warmth of the Filipinos.

A self-taught photographer, this time from Belgium, traveled all over Manila, Zambales, Quezon, Palawan, Iloilo, Cebu, Bohol, Boracay, and the Cordilleras with his trusty camera in tow. He is Jelle Dreesen and after three weeks of fun in the Philippines, he's happy to share his videos and photographs with us.
