One of the many things we love about Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray is her passion for supporting locally made products that help showcase them to the international scene. It paved the way too for many local designers to banner their creations in the international fashion scene, which in turn, helped many indigenous groups in the regions.

During the quarantine season, Catriona shared that she has been constantly thinking of our local weavers. Thus, she made a video of a make-up compilation inspired by our Philippine Handwoven Fabrics. It is one of her ways to #SupportLocal and share locally made and woven face masks by locally-owned Filipino brands such as the Inabel Mask from North Luzon by Niña Corpuz, Inaul Mask from Mindanao by NIñoFRANCO and Yakan Mask from Zamboanga and Basilan by Everyday PNay.

Catriona once again shows her pride in her Filipino heritage as she continues to share her love for our country and the beauty of our culture and people as the NCAA PH Arts and Culture Ambassador for 2020.
