Panagbenga is more than flowers, and Baguio City is more than just mountains and cold. So how exactly do you define that unique Baguio experience? Well, the Baguio city and mountain experience is different for everybody, but here's mine, taken from my recent trip to the mountain city during the Panagbenga Festival 2017!
