Its time for celebrations! Graduation, Start of summer and in Davao City, its 76th Founding Anniversary! What better way to celebrate than with lechon belly!

Beloy’s Boneless Lechon Belly is the new treat for Davaoeños. Starting just last December of 2012, Davaoeños now enjoy from 2 kilos to 5 kilos of boneless lechon with crackling crunchy skin, tender and soft meat plus a choice between spicy or regular taste.

Just be sure to order at least 3 hours before pick-up or better yet, a day before as the pork belly is procured fresh every morning and marinated 3 to 3 and a half hours in native lechon recipe marinade plus special herbs.

From the marination process, it is then roasted over live coal and turned every now and then to ensure even cooking.
