Larry Lao and Primrose Paredes Uy is the couple behind the buko fusion dishes in Mandurriao, Iloilo City.

Formerly known as Babz Buko Batchoy, their food business venture started when Larry first tasted buko batchoy and fell in love with the taste. Since both are buko and batchoy lovers, and Iloilo known to be as the batchoy capital, they thought of sharing their favorite to their fellow Ilonggos.

Aside from buko batchoy, they have also shared to us another Ioilo’s favorite with a coconut twist. The pancit molo with buko.
