Tuna Flakes Crackers: A Simple, Healthy Merienda for the Family

Ingredients

For the tuna salad:

  • Tuna flakes
  • Sliced onions
  • Light mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

For the potato salad:

  • Boiled baby potatoes
  • Light mayo
  • Honey
  • Mustard
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

For the coleslaw:

  • Julienned cabbage
  • Julienned carrots
  • Light mayo
  • Raisins

Garnish:

  • Sliced onions
  • Sliced green bell peppers
  • Celery stalks
  • Sliced carrots
  • Sliced cucumber
  • Boiled egg
  • Skyflakes Crackers

Procedure:

Mix the ingredients of each salad on separate plates. Once done, get a salad plate and assemble the three delicious salads in any way you want.

Don’t forget the garnish and make sure to add crumbled Skyflakes crackers on top of the finished product to add texture.
