Everyone’s aware that the most conventional way of making and eating pochero is with a thick savoury soup. Added to the dish are various vegetables and steamed banana to compliment its’ rich flavours. Sundays, on the other hand, tried something out of the ordinary and made its own version of it.

The Pochero steak is the restaurant’s best seller. The bulalo is roasted hence the meat is soft as ever, falling completely off its’ bones. Match it up with their smooth and creamy truffle mashed potatoes to have the complete meal. Aside from the all-time favourite Pochero steak, other must try dishes are the baked bibingka, pork humba, and seafood curry.
