Do you love ramen and batchoy? You can now eat it both at the same time in this restaurant!

This Japanese restaurant in Iloilo City serves ramen with batchoy soup.

Since you’ll find the authentic La Paz batchoy in Iloilo and Ilonggos love soups Chef Roderick Sesbreño thought of giving it a Japanese twist. For the ingredients, most of the different spices he use for the ramen came all the way from Japan. He is even the one who makes the ramen noodles.

The soup is a fusion of Japanese and Filipino favorites.

The Ramenchoi and Red Curry House is located at Brgy. West Timawa, Molo, Iloilo City, Iloilo. It is open daily from 10:00am-2:00pm and 4:00pm-10:00pm.

How to Get There

From Manila, you can fly to Iloilo (estimated cost of Php3,000++, round trip, one hour). The Iloilo Airport is 30 minutes (approximately 19 km) away from Iloilo City.

You can also opt for a bus trip (estimated cost of PhP875++ per head, air-conditioned bus and boat fare, 17 hours plus).
