In no particular order, here’s a list of popular pastry and coffee shops that would definitely give you a sugar rush in Bacolod City!
Calea Pastries and Cakes
Simply known as Calea, the shop is located at Doors G1-4 Balay Quince Compound, 15th Lacson Street, Bacolod City just right in front of L’Fisher Hotel. It is open daily between 9:00am to 11:00pm.
Calea is a specialty cake house that offers a wide variety of quality cakes and succulent pastries. They have a long list of bestsellers but my personal favorite is their choco mud pie which is an ice cream cake.
Calea also has a branch at Robinson’s Place Bacolod. Contact (034) 441-3835 or visit the pastry shop during mall hours for inquiries.
Felicia’s Pastry Shop
Felicia’s is located at 6th Street, Doll Building, Bacolod City. The pastry shop is open Sunday to Thursday between 9:00am to 11:00pm and Friday to Saturday at 9:00am to 11:45pm.
Felicia’s is known for its delectable pastries. My personal favorite is their big and soft ensaimada.
They do not only serve pastries but also other dishes such as pastas and dishes partnered with rice.

Bob’s Restaurant and Cafe Bob’s
Bob’s is known to be one of the best local restaurants in Bacolod City. Bob’s started their cakes and pastry line under the brand Cafe Bob’s which has a free standing shop along Lacson Street.
My personal favorite is their no-bake oreo cheesecake. They also have sugar-free cakes!
Bob’s main branch is located at B.S. Aquino, North Drive, Bacolod City just right in front of Riverside Medical Hospital. It is open daily between 7:00am to 10:30pm.
They also have branches at Robinsons Place, Gaisano City and Lopue's East Centre. For inquiries or reservations, contact (034) 434-2409.
