Rodel and April Caños from Davao City are always fond of eating crepes especially at buffets where you can customize your own flavors. But since they cannot go to buffets (for now), they tried making their own yumcha pancakes and curated some flavors that their family would surely love and named it “Pocket Crepes.” Viola! It then became the center of attraction during family parties and special occasions.

The quarantine period helped them see the growth of Facebook online selling. They started brainstorming about their own unique product to sell until they remembered their very own pocket crepes. They decided to debut their family’s favorite dessert in the online market via Poche.ph. In their online enterprise, the family makes the soft pancake dessert commonly found at Hong Kong Yum Cha Restaurants, Asian Dessert Shops, and Street Foods available in Davao City!

For Rodel and April, people can truly support local not by just buying but also by sharing and promoting it to family and friends, “we made sure PocheCrepes support locally produced products through our ingredients like locally sourced jams and fruits brought from local farmers.” For orders and inquiries, you may message Poche.ph on Facebook and Instagram. #BuyNaKayJuan #ChoosePhilippines
