Choose Philippines | Nov 13, 2014
A mountainous province perched on the slopes of the Sierra Madre range is celebrating an eco-friendly Christmas.
Titled "Isang Luntiang Pasko ng mga Rizaleño," the Inter-town Christmas Tree Making and Town Hall Christmas Decoration Competition of the Province of Rizal is going green this year.
Each municipality designed and decorated their own Christmas tree through the use of recycled materials and environment-friendly items. Winners for the "People's Choice Award" will be determined through online voting on Facebook.
Here are the guidelines for their online voting:
The special award, "People's Choice Award," will be given to the entry with the most number of "Likes" on Facebook.
Online voting will end on December 10, 2014, 11:59 PM. (It started last November 10, 2014.)
Only the "Likes" on the official photos will be counted as votes.
The number of "Shares" and "Comments" will be disregarded.
The winning entry will be announced on December 16, 2014.
