As if the City of Pines weren't cold enough this holiday season, the Baguio Country Club opened last November 22 its Christmas Village.

Families and friends can now enjoy this annual tradition of enjoying the sights of colorful Christmas lights, big Christmas trees, and even snowmen. Yes, Olaf could be one of them!

Best of all, snowflakes pour down from the sky as you walk around and hold hands with your loved one. All artificial -- the snow, not the loved ones.

The decorations are recycled -- bottles, key cards, golf balls, shampoo containers, and softdrinks cans from the hotel's waste.

Entrance is at PhP 70 for adults and PhP for kids. The Christmas Village is open 9 am to 10 pm.
