Bolinao is a 6-7 hour drive from Manila, but don’t let this discourage you from exploring this paradise up north. The town provides the perfect panoramic view of the West Philippine Sea, and its various beach landscapes are definitely a sight to behold.

From the rugged boulders to the smooth cream-colored sand, Bolinao never fails to impress the traveler. The following are the sites you should visit there.

Patar Beach is the typical Pinoy beach. Huts are lined up along the shore, where feasts of seafood and beer are sure to be found. And of course, karaokes are not lost in the festivities, with someone surely belting "My Way" till the lungs threaten to explode.

Cape Bolinao Lighthouse rises 351 feet above sea level atop Punta Piedra Point in Patar. It was built in 1903 by the Americans and it's said that it still sends signals to passing vessels by the area.

The Enchanted Cave is one of the famous caves in Bolinao. Here, you can enjoy the cold, natural lake inside the majestic land formation. There are also fresh water pools around the park if you want to soak the sun.
