If you have been to the world-renowned Palawan, you would probably know how a week in this piece of haven is never enough to visit every secret charm in its nooks and crannies.

With tours offered ranging from white-sand beaches, wreck dives, lagoons, and lakes, it seems like discovering a new natural wonder is not surprising anymore.

Beach 91 is the usual stop over for lunch when touring around the islands of Coron. The beach is characterised by coastal wooden huts connected by seasoned bridges, perfect for a relaxed afternoon siesta!

There are stories surrounding the name of the beach, one says that the beach was named as such after a group of islanders vandalized the words "Beach 91" on one of the rocks found in the area. Others say, it was named after a group of people known as "Batch 91" who found the shores as the venue of their reunion. What story have you heard about it?
