It has been a practice especially by Japanese for centuries to immerse in hot water to alleviate physical (as well as spiritual) illness at the end of the day. It is an ancient technique that by soaking the body in hot water it will help relieve tension, stress, soothe muscle pains and stimulate the circulation of the blood.

If you don’t like warm baths, the resort also has the regular swimming pools for kids and adults.
