Experience Cold Summer Nights in BuDa: 2 Newly Discovered Resorts
Ida Damo | Mar 30, 2016
Bukidnon-Davao (BuDa) Road winds through rolling mountains and hills at 4,000 feet above sea level. The overall temperature can reach as low as the 20°C which makes it a cool getaway from the heat of the sun all year round.
Resorts such as Seagull Mountain Resort, Jive, Buda Vista, to name three, are just some of the accommodations to choose from in BuDa.
Maayong Buntag Mindanao, the morning show of ABS-CBN Davao, recently went back to BuDa and discovered two more resorts to add to our list— Hills View Mountain Villa and Lola Mommy’s Rainforest.
Hills View Mountain Villa is a white house on top of a hill. A beautiful and sweeping view of the mountain range of Marilog can be seen from the resort’s viewdeck which they aptly call the stairway to heaven.
You might want to wake up early to catch the sun rise from the hills.
Lola Mommy’s Rainforest is surrounded by lush pine trees. Its man-made lagoon that reflects the rich greenery is one of its attractions.
If you're an adventurous type, try their zipline that passes through the man-made lagoon, and be a little more playful by letting go in the middle of the ride and fall in the water. When summer gets too hot for you, try out these mountain resorts to hide away from the sun and simply relax.
