The rolling terrain of Quirino hides the province away from mainstream tourism thus making its natural attractions virtually hidden and untouched by commercialization. Governor's Rapids form part of a tributary of the Cagayan River and boasts of crystal clear waters. It has been awarded for several times already of being among the cleanest inland bodies of water in the whole Cagayan Valley. It is ideal for swimming and fishing.
