Robinsons Land Corporation is opening Go Hotels Ortigas Center, the value hotel chain’s third branch in Metro Manila and its eighth nationwide.
Go Hotels general manager Elizabeth D. Gregorio said, “the Ortigas Center branch will serve the large number of business travelers as well as tourists visiting the central business district and the nearby malls.”
“With the opening of Go Hotels Ortigas Center in the heart of the Central Business District, we can now expand the chain’s market portfolio by increasing market share of businessmen and tourists on the go who are looking for essential travel amenities at more affordable rates.” Gregorio said.
Next to Makati, the Ortigas Center is the next most important central business district in the country. It is home to commercial centers, financial institutions, office buildings, and a lot of the country's top corporations.
Currently, the market base for Go Hotels consists of travelers from within and outside Metro Manila as well as from overseas.
Located on the ground to 4th floors, Go Hotels Ortigas Center will also provide guests of building tenants and other corporate clients a convenient and affordable place to stay. Gregorio said Go Hotels Ortigas Center has a total of 198 guest rooms. This makes it the chain’s second biggest branch nationwide.
She noted that most, if not all, of the hotels found in Ortigas Center are priced at Php 3,000 and up while Go Hotels is reasonably-priced at an average of Php 2,000 per night with the same sleeping experience as other hotels.
“Those who book early may even get the rooms for as low as P88.00 plus VAT.” Gregorio said.
For the convenience of its guests, the hotel will have a restaurant, spa and laundry tenants while the ground floor of Cyberscape Alpha features retail spaces occupied by food and beverage outlets, a Ministop convenience store and a branch of BDO Unibank.
“Go Hotels Ortigas Center is also just a five-minute walk to the restaurants and cafes of Robinsons Galleria mall which also has a wide range of shopping and entertainment options,” said Gregorio.
With the opening of the Ortigas Center branch, the Go Hotels chain now has now over 1,000 rooms in 8 hotels in throughout the country. Other branches of Go Hotels are in EDSA-Mandaluyong, Tacloban, Dumaguete, Bacolod, Puerto Princesa, Iloilo, and Otis-Manila.
Later this year, Go Hotels will open its first branch in Mindanao located at the Robinsons Place Butuan complex with 102 rooms.
“Go Hotels will be offering special rates as a pre-opening treat to those who want to try out our newest branch. The promo rates will be available on our online booking system at www.gohotels.ph,” said Gregorio.
