Hidden in Barangay Catagman is a unique bed and breakfast place perfect for the budget-conscious.

This unassuming entrance would lead you to a Zen-like ambiance of wooden structures and buildings under huge mango trees.

La Vida Orchard Bed and Breakfast offers serenity amid the chirping of the birds and the shade of the trees. The Orchard is a backpackers dream because it has affordable and comfortable accommodations.

At P450, you get to stay in a dormitory-type room with air condition plus continental breakfast.

During the summer months when mango is abundant, you get to have homemade mango jam for your toast.

For lunch and dinner, you can bring your own food and cook it in the kitchen as it is open for the clients.

Most of the time, the clients tour the island during the day.  They go to Hagimit Falls, explore Talicud Island, visit the bat sanctuary, ride the giant slide in Maxima, and snorkel with the giant clams.

At the end of the day they go back to the Orchard to recharge.
